Many of you may have already seen this morning’s exciting announcement that Lexington Corporate Finance has been acquired by FRP Advisory Group plc (FRP). This acquisition aligns with our commitment to ensuring the provision of high-quality professional services for all our clients and across all of our networks.
For those of you not familiar with FRP, it is a leading national specialist business advisory firm with a team of over 740 people (including 100 partners) spread across 29 offices. It was first established in 2010 and successfully listed on the London Stock Exchange in 2020. FRP offers a range of advisory services to companies, lenders, investors and other stakeholders, as well as individuals, including:
- Corporate Finance
- Restructuring Advisory
- Debt Advisory
- Forensic Services; and
- Financial Advisory
Our transition to FRP will be seamless, with no disruption to the services that we provide. The existing senior team of Gary Partridge, Nigel Griffiths, Warren Lewis, Thomas Edwards, Sinead Johnson, Tom Coombes, James Cox and Jim Henderson will all remain in place to provide the same level of advice, expertise and support.
Being part of FRP brings many benefits, including both national and international reach, enhanced capabilities and new opportunities for growth. Furthermore, the union of our team alongside the existing Bristol-based FRP Corporate Finance practice led by Mark Naughton and Tim Spooner will strengthen FRP’s position and reinforce the firm as one of the leading Corporate Finance advisors across the entire Wales & South West region.
Geoff Rowley, CEO of FRP said: “Wales was a target region for FRP and this acquisition further strengthens our National Corporate Finance business. We are pleased to welcome Gary and the team to FRP; they share our values and I have no doubt will make a strong contribution, as we continue to grow.”
Maintaining the high standards of service that you expect remains our top priority and we will continue to offer a flexible, responsive service where our relationships are built upon mutual trust and respect and success. We are confident that being part of FRP will also further strengthen the services that we can provide.
Gary Partridge said: “We are delighted to be joining FRP and are excited at the opportunities that being part of FRP presents for our team and our clients. We are all immensely proud of what we have achieved as a team at Lexington over the past nine years and being part of FRP will be a launch pad to enable us to offer a broader range of services to our clients. We are confident that by building upon our shared values of quality and professionalism with FRP, we will accelerate our growth”.
