The team also won Deal of the Year and Private Equity Deal of the Year for their advisory role to the Idwal Marine Services Management Team on the structure and commercial terms of the significant investment made by LDC
Insider’s Wales Dealmakers awards recognise excellence in business funding, sales and acquisitions, and also the range of deals that have been achieved in the region.
The Lexington team, which is led by Gary Partridge, completed ten lead advisory transactions in the last 12 months, totalling over £200 million in combined deal value.
