Henderson

Jim joined Lexington in 2023, after a long and successful career within the technology sector. Jim has over thirty years’ experience as a sales leader and driving growth within companies. In 2003, Jim founded his first consultancy practice (Wentworth Associates) and worked with Sage plc to design and deliver their Business Academy programme across the the UK and Ireland. When the practice was sold to Technology Services Group in 2007, Jim joined their board as Group Sales Director and brought his experience of multiple acquisitions and disposals to the acquisitions’ strategy of the business. Jim has advised over twenty companies in exit and acquisition activities and is known for his logical and pragmatic approach to such transactions. In his spare time, Jim is a dedicated family man and an avid walker.
