Nigel joined Lexington’s team in 2020 and is a Chartered Accountant of 30 years standing, having trained with Ernst and Young. He has been in business for 25 years and has led 9 acquisitions and 5 disposals as a client. In 1999, he was the co-founder of Fifth Dimension Systems which grew from start up to £15m turnover via a combination of organic growth and a successful buy and build strategy, the business was sold to K3 PLC in 2011. In 2012, he invested in Certus Technology Group which grew from £1.8m to £9m under his leadership, which was sold in February 2019 to SysGroup PLC. Nigel’s role at Lexington is to steward the business through its next stage of development and deliver significant growth. His insight about the client experience is invaluable. In his spare time, he can be found walking his dogs along the Pembrokeshire coastal path.
