Company news
Ambitious growth plan for KJB following PMR acquisition
We advised on the acquisition of one of the UK’s largest independent metals recycling operators, Peterborough Metals Recycling (PMR), which has traded successfully as BW Riddle for more than 67 years. The acquisition was made by Derbyshire-based KJB Global Consulting and creates a vertically integrated, ESG-focused, metal recycling business of scale, resulting in an ideal platform for future acquisitions. The deal, which was advised by Sinead, Courtney and Pablo at Lexington, was backed by industry veteran Tom Bird and Harwood Private Capital.
Lexington Sponsors Fast Growth 50
Lexington is proud to sponsor this year’s Fast Growth 50 awards, recognising the fastest growing businesses in Wales and across the UK. Lexington Commercial Director Nigel Griffiths said: ‘Lexington is delighted to be supporting the FG50. It is important to recognise the ambition and courage of the entrepreneurs in Wales. This is the group of people the holds the key to the future success of our nation. Starting and growing a business is something to admire and celebrate.’
